🏢 Saturday Janitorial Specialist (Part-Time)

Schedule: Saturdays Only | 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Compensation: Starting at $20/hr

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Janitor to oversee facility cleanliness on weekends. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, proficient with floor machinery, and tech-savvy enough to handle digital reporting.

Scope of Work:

  • Floor Care: Operate auto-scrubber, sweep, mop, and vacuum all designated areas.

  • Detailing: Dust surfaces and clean glass/windows in the lobby.

  • Sanitization: Thorough cleaning and restocking of restrooms.

  • Maintenance: Ensure the lobby creates a welcoming environment for the coming week.

Requirements:

  • Equipment Expertise: Demonstrated ability to run an auto-scrubber.

  • Experience: Proven history in commercial cleaning.

  • Technology: Must possess a Smartphone for communication and task management.

  • Logistics: Reliable transportation to the job site is mandatory.

Compensation: $20.00 per hour
